Job Description
Amjaad Islamic Microfinance Bank is seeking a Head of Electronic Banking Services to manage and develop its electronic banking services and channels, oversee their integration with the core banking system, strengthen security, and combat fraud to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all electronic banking services and channels. • Lead the development and launch of new digital services and enhance existing services. • Oversee the integration of electronic services with the Bank’s core banking system. • Develop innovative solutions to combat emerging fraud methods affecting electronic services. • Enhance the customer experience by providing advanced security solutions.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.
Skills
• Strong leadership and management skills. • Knowledge of the risks associated with various banking services. • Knowledge of Yemeni market conditions and economic and financial developments. • Fluency in spoken English. • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and Islamic financial transactions.
