This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of Amjaad Islamic Microfinance Bank services — the Amjaad app, Amjaad Web Bank, and other banking services.
Account opening and usage terms
To open an account the applicant must be a Yemeni national or legal resident in Yemen, and must fulfil identity-verification (KYC) requirements per Central Bank of Yemen instructions.
Digital channels usage terms
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The digital channels must not be used for any operations that violate Yemeni law or Central Bank of Yemen instructions.
